Using them today
Two of these are already self-service in the app: you can download a copy of your data and you can delete your account. For anything else, contact us and we will handle the request manually.
How we respond
We aim to respond to requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may be unable to fulfil part of a request where the law allows or requires us to retain something — for example where it relates to a legal claim or a safety issue.
No penalty for asking
Exercising a privacy right does not affect your standing in the community.
