We respect intellectual property and ask members to do the same. This page describes the reporting route we intend to operate. A formal statutory notice-and-takedown programme is not yet in place.

Telling us about a concern
Send a written notice that identifies the work, the location of the material on nu Avanti, your contact details, and a statement that you hold the rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder.
What we intend to do
- Acknowledge a notice that contains enough information for us to act.
- Assess it and, where we consider it appropriate, remove or restrict access to the material.
- Inform the member who posted the material and explain the options available to them.
We cannot give legal advice on whether particular use infringes, and our assessment is not a legal determination.
If your content was removed
You may write to us to explain why you believe the removal was mistaken. Where appropriate, and subject to applicable law, we may restore the material.
Repeat concerns
We may limit or close accounts that are the subject of repeated, substantiated infringement notices.
