What we intend to do
- Post a note here when we are aware of a significant disruption.
- Give advance notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.
- Follow up after a significant incident with what happened and what we changed.
Availability
We do not offer an uptime commitment or service level agreement. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
Security incidents
If an incident affects personal information, we intend to notify affected members and any relevant authority as required by applicable law, once we understand the scope well enough to describe it accurately.
