Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using nu Avanti you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to keep it current.
• You may hold only one account, and you agree not to share access to it.
• You may not use nu Avanti if we have previously removed your access.

3. Membership and invitations

Membership is open to people 50 and over, on their own confirmation of age, which we do not verify. Some features may be released in stages by city or region, and membership is a personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the service. We do not commit to any timeline for opening a given market, and we may decline or end membership where our Community Guidelines or these Terms require it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it as reasonably needed to operate the service, and you confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant that licence.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or end membership where we reasonably believe these terms or our policies have been breached, or where we are required to act by law. We do not monitor all content and we do not undertake to review every submission. Where practical, we aim to explain our reasoning and to offer a route to ask for a further review.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep nu Avanti available, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Fees

The service is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation will be presented before any charge is made.

9. Disclaimers

• nu Avanti is a platform for introductions. We do not conduct background checks or criminal-record screening, and we do not verify the identity, age, honesty, intentions, marital status, or circumstances of any member.
• We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, form any relationship, or achieve any personal, relocation, immigration, or financial outcome.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of members, whether online or offline, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of member-provided content.
• You are responsible for your own decisions about who you communicate with, what you share, and whether you meet anyone in person.

10. Limitation of liability

11. Ending your membership

You may close your account at any time from your account page. We may end membership where these terms or our policies are breached, or where we are required to do so.

Changes are published here with a new version entry. We aim to give notice before material changes take effect.
