Which route to use
- General
- Anything else, including simply saying hello.
- Support
- Your account, sign-in problems, or how something works.
- Privacy
- Data access, correction, deletion, or any privacy question.
- Safety
- Reporting a member or raising a concern about behaviour.
- Security
- Reporting a suspected vulnerability.
- Legal
- Formal notices, copyright, and requests from authorities.
While nu Avanti is in beta there is also a notes page inside the product. It is for how the product is going, not for anything urgent, and it is read rather than answered individually.
Response times
We aim to reply as quickly as we reasonably can, and to prioritise safety and security messages. We do not currently publish a guaranteed response time.
Urgent situations
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. We cannot respond in real time and we are not an emergency service.
Version history
All Trust Center changes →- v1.7 • 19:40 UTCTransparencyPrivacyProduct
- Made Contact Us list each route a person has confirmed as live, read from the confirmation record rather than written into the page
- Recorded the first confirmed route — privacy — after the founder confirmed external delivery and that the mailbox is monitored

- Published the full meaning of the name on its own page
- Added a beta notes page, and stated plainly that notes are read rather than individually answered

- v1.5 • 14:05 UTCTransparencyProductCommunity
- Removed invite-first and exclusivity language from how we describe membership
- Stated that beta describes the state of the product, not who is allowed to join
- Described stepping away from a connection, and that it is not a report and nobody is told
- v1.3 • 11:20 UTCTransparencyProduct
- Updated where-we-are-today to reflect shipped community, Right Now and moderation
- v1.2 • 22:10 UTCTransparencyLegalCommunity

- v1.1 • 16:42 UTCTransparencyAccessibilityProduct
